The Ashbourne Bakehouse is about making great tasting breads, bagels and baked goods. We use the best ingredients and then let the dough rise for up to 18 hours to let the full flavour of the bread develop. Each day we make everything fresh, on site and by hand. Where ever possible we source locally, and work with other small batch suppliers who also focus on great quality and flavour.
